We listen, act, and transform

Cindy specializes in working with clients as they address a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflict, and life transition while using a variety of theoretical approaches such as cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), Lifespan Integration Therapy, attachment theory, as well as faith based counseling and support. Cindy has been trained in the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) for trauma informed therapy.
